CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
Children under the age of 6 must be supervised by an adult while playing
No food or drinks allowed inside the playland areas
No external food or drinks can be brought in (with exception to baby formula)
No smoking, drugs or alcohol permitted
No running, pushing or rough play will be tolerated
No pets allowed
All equipment must be used responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided
Any visitors found to be behaving inappropriately or causing distress to others, will be asked to leave
All visitors must wear appropriate clothing and non-slip socks at all times
All visitors must adhere to the playland rules and regulations and follow instructions from staff
Any damage to the playground or its equipment must be reported to staff immediately
All toys, portable items and parts associated with the facilities or equipment remain Little Amigos' property
Little Amigos staff reserve the right to inspect any bags or goods in your possession upon request
Visitors must adhere to the allocated time indicated on their playland wristband
All visitors are responsible for safe keeping of their playland wristband/train ticket - a fee will be charged if misplaced or lost
Little Amigos is not responsible for any lost or stolen items
Management reserves the right to refuse entry
No refunds will be given for playland entry passes
PLAYCARD PERKS
Playcard Perks cards are only to purchased at set values Peri $250, Lola $500 and Hugo $1000
Included perks are as listed and final
Perks are earnt per complete top-up eg. add additional $250 for complete perks for Peri etc.
Credit on card can only be used on playland entry passes, cafe food and drink purchases, train tickets and Little Amigos merchandise. Playland Perks credit is NOT applicable on any party or event package
Cards are not redeemable for refunds or cash
If card is lost or stolen, there will be no replacement issued
PLAYCARD PRICING
LITTLE AMIGOS
Playcard pricing is subject to change at management discretion
Playland pricing is dependant on age of person entering and day of the week
Public holidays are priced as weekend rates
FREE drink with every adult/12yr+ entry pass purchased. Drink selections will be shared at time of entry. No rainchecks on redemption of free drink if not redeemed on the day of entry
Children aged 6 - 12 months will be given free entry only when visiting playland with another sibling aged 1 year+
gAME ON WEEKDAYS
Our Game on weekdays program provides customers with weekday offers redeemable by logging in or signing up. Upon opting in, users will be sent an SMS and/or email with weekday offer.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
